An easy recipe from Power Spicing is a boost our immune system.  I added star anise that I pulverized in a mortar and pestle.  For years when I might be feeling a bit under the weather, I will steep star anise and sip.  Or I will put it in my mouth and suck on it.  Why star anise?  It is a  component in the Tamiflu vaccine!
