Our recent trip to Sri Lanka, land of exotic jungles, delicious foods and beautiful people make this my current favorite.  The chicken is moist and filled with flavor.  The sauce is perfect over rice.  If you are Sinhala, you eat with your fingers – no forks needed.   Patty
