Step One: Cook rice in a rice cooker with chicken broth, water, ground annatto seeds
Step Two: Heat olive oil and saute onion and garlic on medium to low heat. Once onions are translucent turn the burner to medium-high heat and add Andouille Smoked Sausage, bell peppers, corn, tomato and Mexican Oregano. Cook until the sausage is thoroughly cooked.
