- 10 flour tortillas
- 1 thinly sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup cooked and diced chicken
- 1/4 cup each shredded mint and cilantro leaves
- Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
Layer each ingredient on the tortilla. Drizzle Thai Sweet Chili Sauce in the middle. Spoon a bit of the sauce on the edge of the tortilla before rolling to help seal the edges. Roll tortilla, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Slice in half or thirds. A diagonal slice is very appealing. Serve with small bowl of Thai Sweet Chili Sauce for dipping.
