1/2 cup Flat Leaf Parsley
1/2 cup Cilantro
1 Red Fresno Pepper
1 Shallot
4 Garlic Cloves
4 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp Dried Mexican Oregano
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1/2 cup Olive Oil
Instructions
Wash all fresh ingredients
Remove stems from fresh parsley and cilantro
Roughly chop shallot
Remove seeds from the red pepper
Add Parsley, Cilantro, Red Pepper, Chopped Challot, Garlic Cloves, Red Wine Vinegar, Mexican Oregano, and Garlic Salt to a food processor.
Once the mixture is finely chopped add olive oil
Remove mixture from the food processor and store in an airtight container
