How can you describe salt? Well, this salt is so distinctive – it has a discrete palate on the tongue – more potent than a regular salt I would say. I am not a food critic, but we use this to finish (sprinkle on as the last step) a perfect steak, seafood and fresh sunny side up eggs – it is different than your “table salt”. You’d have to try it to believe it!
