Roast Beef Sliders

Easy appetizer and a crowd pleaser for tailgating parties. This recipe is so versatile.  See notes for suggested variations.


Units Scale


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and mustard. Spread this mixture evenly over the bottom half of the slider buns.
  4. Layer the thinly sliced roast beef on top of the spread.
  5. Sprinkle the cheese over the roast beef.
  6. Place the top half of the slider buns over the cheese.
  7. In another bowl, mix together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, Everything Bagel. Brush this mixture over the top of the sliders.
  8. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.
  9. Remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the top for garnish.
  10. Serve the roast beef sliders warm and enjoy!
