Here is a great recipe for Short Ribs! Enjoy! Crockpot Short Ribs/Lamb Shanks 3-4 lbs. meat ½ c. Cherry Jelly or Cherry Pepper Jelly 1 c. red wine 1 small can tomato sauce or paste Onion, celery, carrots, chopped Braise the meat on high heat to brown. Place in crockpot. Combine other ingredients and cover the meat. Cook on low until tender, 6-8 hrs. Using slotted spoon, transfer meat to serving dish. Spoon fat off top of sauce. Serve with rice, pasta or garlic potatoes.
