Use Sage to flavor various meat dishes including sausage, veal, poultry casseroles, stuffing for turkey and pheasant. Sage is a delicious addition to roasted potatoes, broiled vegetables such as eggplant and mushrooms. The powdered form is great for sauces and gravies.
Also known as Garden Sage and Dalmation Sage (this is not White Sage). Whole sage leaves crumble and compact easily when dried, so most leaves will no longer be whole.
