Notes

Charcoal grills are our preference in that they yield the smokey BBQ flavor and aroma that you cannot get with a gas grill. Plan about 20 to 30 minutes for your charcoal to be ready for grilling. It’s worth the extra effort, plus your neighbors will be envious of what you’re cooking.

When you’re BBQing, always take a moment to enjoy your surroundings. On this evening, we had the sweet presence of Canadian Geese stopping by to see what’s for dinner.
