Easy Grilled Salmon Recipe that will become your new family favorite.
A fresh filet wild-caught salmon. However it does not have to be wild; we’ve found it has more flavor
Generously coat salmon fillets with Olive Oil
Blend Lemon Pepper, Kosher Sea Salt and Dill in a small bowl
Sprinkle and pat down the dried herb blend on top of the filets
Drizzle the Apricot Pepper Sauce on top of the filets
Top with sliced lemons
Wrap in loosely foil
Grill for 15 minutes
Check the temperature of the center of the filets they are ready at 145°
Charcoal grills are our preference in that they yield the smokey BBQ flavor and aroma that you cannot get with a gas grill. Plan about 20 to 30 minutes for your charcoal to be ready for grilling. It’s worth the extra effort, plus your neighbors will be envious of what you’re cooking.
When you’re BBQing, always take a moment to enjoy your surroundings. On this evening, we had the sweet presence of Canadian Geese stopping by to see what’s for dinner.
