- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 – 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon honey, or 1 -3 drops liquid Stevia

Directions:
- Heat almond milk to preferred temperature Stir in the cinnamon, turmeric, pepper and ginger. Drizzle honey on top.

Notes: I like a stronger turmeric beverage so increase this spice. I also fresh grind the black pepper into the beverage.
