Turmeric Tea


Serves: 3-4 people

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 – 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon honey, or 1 -3 drops liquid Stevia


Directions:

  1. Heat almond milk to preferred temperature Stir in the cinnamon, turmeric, pepper and ginger. Drizzle honey on top.

Notes: I like a stronger turmeric beverage so increase this spice. I also fresh grind the black pepper into the beverage.
